Figgy SMS Program

FiggyBlock Party Group, Inc.

Customer support messaging · User-initiated · A2P campaign evidence

Program summary

Figgy SMS lets enrolled users text Figgy for customer support and task requests related to their account. Messages are always user-initiated: Figgy only sends SMS in reply to your requests. This is not a marketing or promotional program.

In-app opt-in (behind login)

Production opt-in lives in the Figgy application after sign-in. Twilio reviewers may use this hosted page as evidence of the consent UI when the live flow is gated. Capture and host screenshots of the logged-in screen as well; link them from your campaign submission.

Enable Figgy SMS (optional)

Text Figgy for customer support and task requests. Figgy only replies to your messages—we do not start conversations or send promotional texts.

Evidence mock: this control mirrors the in-app opt-in behind login. The SMS checkbox is optional and not pre-selected.

SMS opt-in is optional — you can save without enabling texts.

Opt-in confirmation SMS

After affirmative opt-in, Figgy sends a confirmation message (required for recurring campaigns):

Figgy: You're enrolled in Figgy SMS. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

HELP and STOP responses

HELP (immediate)

Figgy (by Block Party Group, Inc.): For help with Figgy SMS, email support@getfiggy.ai or visit https://getfiggy.ai. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.

STOP (immediate at platform)

Figgy: You have been unsubscribed from Figgy SMS and will receive no further messages. Reply START to re-enroll only after completing in-app opt-in again.

Campaign scope

This customer-support campaign covers Figgy ↔ enrolled user messaging only. SMS to a user's leads or contacts (e.g. Follow Up Boss–style outreach via Figgy-provisioned numbers) is a separate use case and requires separate consent, compliance, and carrier registration—often under Twilio's ISV model. See Terms Section 6.C and Section 7.
