Block Party Group, Inc. ("Figgy," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered software tools for real estate professionals, including relationship management, workflow automation, marketing generation, CRM integrations, and related services (the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our Services or visit our website.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to:
- Account holders (agents, lenders, teams, and administrators)
- Individuals whose information is processed through the platform
- Website visitors
- Users of AI-powered features within Figgy
- Users who opt in to Figgy SMS text messaging
This Policy does not apply to third-party services integrated by users (e.g., CRMs, email providers, marketing tools).

- Phone number (including mobile numbers you provide for optional Figgy SMS, after you opt in)
- Brokerage or company information
- Billing and payment details
Contact & Relationship Data
- Names, emails, phone numbers of contacts
- Notes and communication history
- Tags, segmentation, and activity data
- Property-related information
Content & Inputs
- Prompts submitted to AI features
- Marketing instructions
- Uploaded text or documents
- Workflow instructions and automation rules
B. Information Processed Through AI Features
When you use Figgy's AI-powered tools (including content drafting, workflow automation, enrichment, summarization, insights, and smart notifications), we may process:
- Contact records
- Property data
- Activity logs
- Uploaded content
- CRM-synced data
- Marketing campaign data
This information may be securely transmitted to third-party AI providers solely to deliver requested functionality.
C. Automatically Collected Information
We automatically collect certain information, including:
- IP address
- Device and browser type
- Usage logs
- Interaction data
- Cookies and analytics information
4. SMS Text Messaging
If you choose to enable SMS messaging with Figgy, you may send and receive text messages with Figgy's automated assistant to request information, complete tasks, or receive account- and service-related support. Participation is optional and requires your affirmative opt-in within the Figgy application (or by texting our designated number only after you have completed that in-app enrollment, if applicable).
Information we collect
When you use SMS, we may collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- Message content you send and receive (including prompts, requests, and Figgy's replies)
- Message timestamps, delivery status, and interaction metadata
- Opt-in, opt-out, and consent records (including when and how you enrolled)
How we use SMS information
We use this information solely to:
- Operate the Figgy SMS program you requested
- Generate and deliver responses through our Services (including AI-assisted replies)
- Provide customer support and service notifications related to your use of SMS
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with law
We do not use your SMS opt-in, consent status, or mobile number for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
Sharing with service providers
We may share the information above with service providers that help us deliver SMS (for example, telecommunications carriers and SMS platform providers). Those providers are permitted to use the information only to provide messaging services to Figgy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in/consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The foregoing does not limit disclosure when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
AI processing
SMS content may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses you request, subject to the same restrictions described in our "AI & Automated Processing" section. We do not use SMS content to train our own models.
Your choices
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any Figgy SMS to unsubscribe. You may also disable SMS in your Figgy account settings. We process opt-out requests as soon as practicable and in any event within ten (10) business days.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@curbhe.ro.
- Re-opt-in: After opting out, you must opt in again through the Figgy application (or by following our published re-enrollment instructions) before we will resume texting you.
Retention
We retain SMS-related data for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the program, and as required for legal, security, and audit purposes (including consent records).

5. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
- Generate AI-powered outputs at your request

6. AI & Automated Processing
Figgy includes AI-powered features that may:

- Summarize or transform user-provided inputs
- Automate workflows based on defined triggers
AI Transparency
- Figgy does not use customer data to train its own AI models.
- We contractually require third-party AI providers not to use submitted customer data for model training where applicable.
- AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies.
- Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
- Figgy does not make legally binding decisions on your behalf.
7. Third-Party Service Providers & Subprocessors
We may share information with trusted service providers, including:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Cloud, Firebase)
- AI model providers
- Email and communication delivery services
- SMS and telecommunications delivery providers
- Analytics providers
- Data enrichment providers
- CRM integrations authorized by the user
We maintain contractual agreements requiring appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation.
8. Data Ownership
- Customers retain ownership of their contact and business data.
- Figgy processes data solely to provide the Services.
- We do not claim ownership of user-generated content or AI outputs.
9. Data Retention
We retain information:
- While your account is active
- As necessary to provide Services
- As required by law
- For security and backup purposes
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data.
10. Sharing of Information
We may disclose information:
- To authorized integrations
- To service providers

We do not sell personal information.
We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent status with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See Section 4 (SMS Text Messaging) for details.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

No system is completely secure.
15. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16.
16. Google API Services & Connected Google Accounts
When you choose to connect your Google account (including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, or related services), Figgy may access certain Google user data that you explicitly authorize through Google's OAuth consent process.
Data We May Access
Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include:
- Basic profile information (name, email address, profile image)
- Gmail message metadata and content
- Draft email content
- Email send capabilities
- Calendar events
- Files or document metadata stored in Google Drive
We only access the specific scopes you authorize.
Purpose of Access
Google user data is accessed solely to provide user-facing functionality within Figgy, such as:
- Drafting and sending emails on your behalf
- Managing email communications within workflows
- Synchronizing contact and communication activity
- Creating or responding to calendar events
- Attaching files to communications
We do not access Google data for any unrelated purpose.
Limited Use Compliance
Figgy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular:
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the requested functionality.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data except: with your explicit consent; when necessary for security purposes; to comply with applicable law; or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized such that it cannot identify you.
AI Processing of Google Data
If you use AI-powered features that operate on Gmail content (such as drafting, summarizing, or responding to emails), the relevant email content may be processed by third-party AI service providers solely for the purpose of generating the requested output.
Such providers are contractually restricted from using this data for model training or any other purpose.
Revocation of Access
You may revoke Figgy's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account security settings.
Upon revocation:
- Figgy will immediately stop accessing your Google data.
- Previously stored Google-derived data will be retained or deleted in accordance with your account settings and our data retention policy.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of Google-connected data by:
- Disconnecting your Google account within Figgy; or
- Contacting us at support@curbhe.ro.
Upon verified request, we will delete Google-derived data in accordance with applicable law.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent changes.
